12:00 - Foundation Mat Pilates with Kay
An intro to mat Pilates. Controlled movement with focus on alignment and breath. Suitable for all levels.
TUESDAYS
10:30 - Heated Vinyasa Yoga Flow with Shona
A creative yoga flow using principles from classical vinyasa to build heat and leave the body feeling lengthened and strengthened.

18:45 Mandala Flow
Mandala Vinyasa is a dynamic vinyasa elemental practice that circles the mat. This breath-led class becomes moving meditation building heat, intention and power with each round. Intermediate level.
THURSDAYS
12:00 Heated Sculpting Flow with Sophia
Using elements from both Mat Pilates and strength training this physio led flow will leave you feeling strong and empowered.

9:30 - Heated Mat Pilates with Polly/Jade
A classic Mat Pilates with that extra layer of heat. Get the muscles moving and the body warm. Suitable for all levels.
