We are seeking an experienced Lead Aesthetic Therapist to join a new, plastic surgeon-led aesthetic clinic, combining advanced treatments with a senior role in clinic operations.

 

About Enia:

Enia is a newly established premium aesthetic clinic located at Balance Health Nottingham. Owned by two Consultant Plastic Surgeons, we are unique in being the only Plastic Surgeon led aesthetics clinic in the East Midlands. Our aim is to bridge the gap between beauty spa and cosmetic surgery, providing evidence based treatments that are defined by medical integrity and absolute trust.

Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Aesthetic Therapist to join our growing clinic. This is a senior, hands-on role combining advanced clinical work with responsibility for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

​

The role will fuse advanced beauty therapy treatments including the delivery of BTL device treatments, with sales and management responsibilities to ensure clinic operations, maintenance of stock, excellent client care, and compliance with industry standards. Training will be provided for any key treatments offered by the clinic.

​

Key Responsibilities

​

Clinical / Treatment Duties

• Provide aesthetic treatments in line with the applicant's experience / training, and the clinic's treatment menu.

• Delivery of EMSELLA, EXION, EMFACE & EMSCULPT NEO treatments (requires NVQ Level 3 or above qualification or medical equivalent).

• Provide consultations, treatment plans, and aftercare advice (including post-injectable aftercare, but not injectable consultations).

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism in all treatment areas.

• Stay up to date with new treatments, technologies, and industry trends.

• Follow clinic treatment protocols, and keep up to date with all key clinic policies.

Managerial / Administrative Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth running of all services and appointment/diary management.

• Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.

• Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.

• Assist with marketing, promotions, and business development initiatives including recording regular content for social media.

Person Specification

​

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum) – Level 4 or 5 (Advanced Aesthetics/ Laser/ Skin Treatments) desirable.

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in beauty or aesthetics therapy desirable.

• Nursing background also considered

• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a salon, spa, clinic or ward environment desirable.

• Experience with booking systems, stock management, and client record systems or similar desirable.

Salary & Benefits

• Competitive salary from £38,000-£42,000 (dependent on experience / qualifications).

• Performance-related bonuses / commission on treatments and retail sales.
