S&C
These 45 minute classes are designed to get/keep you strong, fit, healthy and ready for life. Through personal training within a group environment, we use functional movement to improve every aspect of fitness. You will regularly be asked to push, pull, squat, hinge, sprint, jump, swing, carry, stretch, laugh, support and most importantly HAVE FUN!
These classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

HYBRID
Our Hybrid class combines the best of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning into one dynamic, full-body workout. Designed to improve endurance, build strength, and boost overall fitness, this session blends functional movements with varied intensity to keep things challenging and engaging.
Fully scalable for all fitness levels, our instructors provide options and guidance throughout, so you can work at your own pace while still pushing your limits.

BOX CONDITIONING
Our Boxing Conditioning class is a high-energy, full-body workout inspired by boxing training—no experience required. Combining punch combinations, cardio drills, and functional exercises, this class is designed to improve fitness, coordination, and endurance while building strength and confidence. It’s all about movement and conditioning, making it a fun, safe, and effective way to train.
Fully scalable for all fitness levels, with options provided so you can work at your own pace while still feeling challenged.
