Gym and conditioning classes in Nottingham designed to build strength, improve fitness and elevate performance, from hybrid training and strength & conditioning to functional fitness and recovery-focused sessions, all delivered in a motivating and supportive environment.


Located in Edwalton near West Bridgford, all Functional Training Zone classes are included within gym memberships at Balance Health Nottingham.

STRENGTH

These 45 minute classes are designed to get/keep you strong, fit, healthy and ready for life. You’ll build real, functional strength, refine movement mechanics, and develop the muscle and coordination to move with power and control. Training is progressive, challenging, and designed to deliver measurable gains over time.

These classes are suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.

HYBRID

Our Hybrid class combines the best of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning into one dynamic, full-body workout. Designed to improve endurance, build strength, and boost overall fitness, this session blends functional movements with varied intensity to keep things challenging and engaging.

Fully scalable for all fitness levels, our instructors provide options and guidance throughout, so you can work at your own pace while still pushing your limits.

BOXFIT

Our BoxFIT class is a high-energy, full-body workout inspired by boxing training - no experience required. Combining punch combinations, cardio drills, and functional exercises, this class is designed to improve fitness, coordination, and endurance while building strength and confidence.

 

It’s all about movement and conditioning, making it a fun, safe, and effective way to train.

BURN

This is our circuit style class, perfect if you are looking to get a high-energy workout that combines weight lifting and cardio while keeping things fun and fast!

 

This class is highly adaptable. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, you can adjust the weight, resistance, or your own pace at each station.

CORE

This core conditioning session is designed to improve posture and stabilisation, working on the abs, obliques, back and 'deep core' muscles (the ones you can't see, but definitely feel) after this workout!

Expect intentional burn, plenty of laughs, and exercises that make you stronger, more stable, and harder to break.
