MEET THE TEAM

Jules AbbotT
Jules brings over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, including a decade as the owner of a highly successful Strength & Conditioning gym in Ruddington. With a wealth of knowledge and hands-on coaching experience, Jules has helped a wide range of clients build strength, improve fitness, and develop sustainable, healthy lifestyles.
Throughout her career, Jules has witnessed a powerful shift in the fitness industry—particularly among women—towards prioritising strength, performance, and overall wellbeing over aesthetic-driven goals. She is passionate about empowering clients to feel strong, confident, and capable in their bodies.
Having navigated her own personal journey with body image and weight extremes, Jules brings both empathy and understanding to her coaching. She believes that these experiences have shaped her into a more compassionate, knowledgeable, and effective coach.
Following the sudden loss of her father in 2018 due to a lifestyle-related heart attack, Jules’ commitment to helping others live healthier, happier lives deepened even further. She is driven by a clear mission: to help clients not only improve their fitness, but to enhance their overall quality of life—adding more life to their years.

Bhav Thiara
Bhav has been involved with sport and exercise to a very high level his entire life and is extremely passionate about making sure people can get involved with exercise any way they can whilst enjoying the process!
There’s very little he enjoys more than starting to work with someone who has maybe never exercised or lifted weights before, and before long they’re hitting PB’s and falling in love with training and exercise, and realising what their bodies are capable of!
He has 6 years of coaching experience with people of different backgrounds and abilities, be it in sport, strength & conditioning, injury rehab or general fitness. He prides himself on being able to get the most out everyone, regardless of their experience or ability!
