Khalid is a Consultant Radiologist based at Nottingham University Hospital.
After completing his medical degree from the University of Dundee, he trained and worked in a number of countries including New Zealand and the USA, where he completed his Fellowship in Thoracic Radiology at the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
With over 22 years of experience as an NHS Consultant, Khalid is also an accomplished educator and trainer, working in the UK and internationally across Europe, Pakistan, Malaysia, the Middle East and Africa.
His areas of specialist interest include abdominal/GI and musculoskeletal radiology, encompassing ultrasound, CT and MRI.
Khalid is additionally involved in training staff in modern imaging techniques at Balance Health Nottingham.
