Kelly Ashforth

Kelly Ashforth (BSc Hons Podiatry) is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered Podiatrist. She is also the founder of PodCura Foot Health.

Kelly qualified with a First Class degree in Podiatry and has a degree and a Masters in Biology.

Kelly specialises in diagnosing, treating and preventing conditions of the feet, ankles and lower extremities.

Common responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing foot and ankle disorders; such as bunions, heel pain and ingrown toenails.

• Treating injuries; fractures, sprains and Achilles tendon issues.

• Managing chronic conditions; affecting the lower limbs, such as diabetes-related foot problems or arthritis.

• Performing surgical procedures; nail surgery or needling on the foot and ankle.

• Providing orthotics; and specialised footwear recommendations to improve mobility and prevent future issues.

• Offering preventive care; to maintain foot health and educate patients about proper foot care.
