Daniella Gatt

Physiotherapy

Bio

Dani graduated from Coventry University in 2004 and began her career with three years of junior rotations at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust, gaining a strong foundation across a variety of clinical areas.

In 2007 she moved to New Zealand, where she continued to develop her physiotherapy expertise at Auckland City Hospital and in private practice in Queenstown—balancing her professional growth with a love for the outdoors.

Returning to the UK in 2009, Dani took on an MSK outpatients role within Primary Care NHS services. Here she refined her diagnostic and treatment skills, managing a broad spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions.

In 2013 Dani retrained as a biology teacher, allowing her to combine her passions for education and physiotherapy. Since 2014 she has worked in the private sector, bringing together clinical insight and a talent for teaching to support patients in understanding and improving their own health.

Dani is also a qualified YogaScape instructor, delivering classes both in her local community and to her students. A strong advocate for exercise as a cornerstone of physical and mental well‑being, she leads by example—most notably by cycling from Oxford to Malta, a 2,000‑mile journey she has completed twice in support of charity.

As a keen sportswoman, Dani brings valuable personal insight into sports injuries and rehabilitation. She is committed to helping individuals return to their sport, restore optimal function, and build confidence in their movement.
