Bio
Merging clinical expertise with evidence-based methodologies to deliver comprehensive wellness strategies that optimise individual health, wellbeing and performance goals.
Clare Logan is a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years’ experience across clinical practice, wellbeing and high-performance sport. Trained at the University of Wollongong, Australia, she built her career within the NHS, developing expertise across gastroenterology, metabolic health, cardiovascular disease, and weight management.
She supports individuals with a wide range of complex and long-term conditions, including digestive health (IBS and coeliac disease), diabetes, and heart health, as well as those preparing for or recovering from surgery.
Alongside her clinical work, Clare has always worked in high-performance sport, supporting elite and professional athletes. This dual perspective allows her to integrate clinical nutrition with performance-focused strategies, supporting clients with energy, recovery, and long-term health.
Her approach is clear, considered, and highly personalised—translating complex evidence into practical strategies that work in the context of real life. Clare offers a modern, integrated approach to nutrition, focused on delivering meaningful, sustainable results.
