Bio
Anand is a Consultant Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon, who provides a wide range of dermatological services.
He is the lead Clinician for Dermatology at Nottingham NHS Treatment Centre and is actively involved in research, teaching and training.
Anand completed his General Medical training at Queen's Medical Centre and Nottingham City Hospital, where he achieved membership of the Royal College of Physicians. He then specialised in Dermatology, obtaining a training post in Nottingham.
On completing his training, he undertook further sub-specialty training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Skin Cancer under the supervision of two nationally recognised Mohs surgeons.
His main professional interests include the early diagnosis and management of skin cancer and pre-cancer, skin surgery and Mohs micrographic surgery, as well as general dermatology conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes and hyperhidrosis with botox treatment.
Anand also performs laser surgery for vascular lesions and has published extensively across a number of specialty areas within dermatology.
